A collection of letters written by Van Gogh are read, accompanied by the Australian Youth Orchestra performing Gustav Mahler's The Song of the Earth.

Originally conceived by David Wherret who was inspired by the portrait of David that was painted by Adam Cullen. Wherrett thought David looked like Van Gogh. Unfortunately, Wherret died before the show could be realized.
Adam Cook directed the stage production of Cosi.
