HOLLYWOOD stepped in to take over the Coast's most sophisticated club last
Saturday night for a private party to celebrate saying `cut' for the last
time. The Oriental Whiskey, in Surfers Paradise, became The Voodoo Island
for the crew's private wrap party. It was rumoured to have been a big
night of well-deserved partying for the team after a demanding shooting
schedule for the film, The Voodoo Island. Tinsel Town star Ashley Hamilton
(son of the suave '50s actor/director George Hamilton) was among the
industry artists and crew who came together to party the night away. David
Wenham, top Aussie actor also known as Faramir of Lord of the Rings fame,
was also heard out on Saturday thanking the crew for a terrific night.
